Brief de Design de T-shirt

Hi,
I like the t-shirt design you made for "Milicia Electric Corp' & would like something similar for our company.
We're an industrial chimney maintenance / steeplejack company. We work on large industrial emission stacks (not the smaller residential chimney's many are familiar with) that sometimes exceed 1000' in height.

Shirt color - orange & black
We like the logo on the left chest or possible on the sleeve
We want our web domain "indchimney.com" shown somewhere on the shirt.
The back should contain aggressive, modern graphics
I've attached the following -
- a copy of our logo
- a photo of one of our crews at work
- a schematic of a rigging plan for the access of a stack using steeplejack frames, scaffold and swing stage. I include this in case you think it may fit well with the design for the back of the shirt (??)...
