Brief de Design de T-shirt
We need a creative t-shirt design that people will feel excited to wear. We are a home design and building firm based in Southwest Florida. We design special estate homes that are unique and very upscale. I have seen several custom yachting t-shirts or aviation shirts that make a statement of excellence, but I have not seen it achieved with a home or real estate. We would like something fun/cool the features an estate home, most importantly a casual t-shirt that still achieves a very 'upscale' image.
The t-shirt design will need to feature the company logo (anchor), name (PGI Homes), tag line ('the ultimate bespoke homebuilder') and graphic of house design (attached). We would prefer the shirt design to be one or two color, so we can future it screen printed on a black or white shirt. The layout can feature company logo & name on front of shirt with house graphic on back of shirt, but not required. Graphic of home may be altered to accommodate a one (or two) color application. You can break the tag line ('the ultimate bespoke home builder') away from the company logo & name (PGI Homes) and use the tag line with the house graphic. We would also like to include the location of house features; Tarpon Estates, Florida
Again, this is a t-shirt that will be given as a gift to clients, we would like it to be a shirt they are excited to wear and perhaps even 'boast' about.
