Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo that incorporates the name of our sailboat into it that we can apply to the hull of the sailboat as well as apparel like shirts, duffle bags, and water bottles for guests. The name of the sailboat is March Dragon. We would like a dragon incorporated into the name and for the font to be reminiscent of medieval or gothic type language but also easy enough to read. I am attaching a couple of examples I have made using stock images on custom apparel sites.

One idea is to make the D in Dragon look like a dragon's head and neck but also look like the sail of a boat with the line of the D connecting to it as the mast. We want the name and logo to connect to sailing somehow so that when seen on shirts or bags away from the sailboat it has some recognition to the ocean and sailing.

Another idea is to have a dragon flying upwards between the word March and Dragon and have the wing on the right folded in to make a small triangle like the front sail and the left wing extended out and down to look like the larger back main sail. And the body of the dragon representing the mast.

In either case having the mast of either idea possibly connect to a boat underneath the words March Dragon possibly.

We are open to other ideas and welcome them honestly as we are trying to come up with the best option for our boat but also the apparel we will give away and market with it. We will also be basing the sailboat in Palm Cay, Bahamas so on the apparel logo we will want March Dragon on the top arch and Palm Cay, Bahamas on the bottom arch. On the boat we expect the name/logo to be mostly along one line left to right but on apparel we will likely want it in a circular image with the dragon logo piece in the center of the words. So in the end we need 2 versions, 1 in a circle and 1 in a single line.

The color of the name and logo will most likely be Aquamarine or in that turquoise / teal palette. The name and color is for my wife's birthday which is in March and her birthstone in Aquamarine. And she was born in the year of the dragon.
