Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo/crest for a black staff jacket we are purchasing for all staff members (see attached example of the jacket). We would like it to have 'OP' in the crest. One of our mantras during Covid is 'Stronger Together' . We would love for this to be added in, maybe below the 'OP'. I have attached a copy of the hockey logo and our antiquated shield so you can see some of our colors. That said, we don't want the final design to resemble the hockey logo too closely as we have amazing performing arts and academic programs as well. We like the shield option but are open to other suggestions.

The jacket will be purchased for all staff members, one that they can wear with pride on open house nights and community events. The final design should communicate our values of community, togetherness, and safety. It should be clean and both modern/timeless.
