Brief de Design de T-shirt

I'm looking for a t-shirt designer for my apparel company. Please recreate a graphic, suitable for printing on a t-shirt, of one or both of the sample pics provided. In both cases leave the background transparent. The winning submission will be placed on a t-shirt, and assuming permission is granted to use the image by the gentleman in the pics, it will be sold in my store. Bonus points if you know who it is.
