Brief de Design de Marketing Électronique

We’re an online race registration, fundraising and results platform that’s promoting a new program to non-profits. This program allows any non-profit to host a virtual 5K event that will raise money for their organization. Our software support teams gets information about the charity, sets up the 5K Virtual Race for them and opens registration on their behalf. We are hosting a webinar to pitch this program to non-profits and have mocked up the attached email.

We need a designer to make this look more appealing and then to convert their work to email-ready HTML/CSS. The template should also look good with images turned off and have some text at the top encouraging users to turn images on.

The content will be the same overall, but we need a new template applied to this as it looks boring. We need the titles to “pop” more and could use more imagery. The photos used in this mockup can be swapped out with stock photos of people coming together performing charitable acts or small groups (2 or 3 people) walking or jogging together. However, since the tshirt is the giveaway that the participants receive and we are advertising that the charity can customize the shirts with their logo, we'd like at least 1 of the images with the shirt to be used in the email. I've attached several of these photos to choose from.
