Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo that embodies the message of strength of people living in, or from, the East Coast. We do not want it to be a geographical representation to just one country, but rather a message logo that would apply to anyone proudly representing the east coast of their country/area. I would like to see something "nautical" perhaps incorporated into the design? Our company produces apparel and promotional items and want the logo to serve as our identity. We want the logo to communicate the strength and pride in representing the east coast to the rest of the world, etc.
