Brief de Design de Couverture de Livre

I need a book cover designed which will be used first with Amazon/KDP as a paperback cover and ebook front. Would like to give a new designer a chance but this not a must.
No specific colour scheme is a must, however colour balance obviously is important. (Not pink please!)
Overall the book cover should represent the intrigue and time travel aspects of the books’ content.
The 'time line' drawing can have dates written on it from 50 C.E./A.D. to 2068 C.E./A.D.
Book overview;
Dr Joe Bedford has invented a time travel machine. Although wanting to use this to help the starving and sick world population of the near future, Joe gets caught up with mafia style boss Mr. Infanta, his girlfriend’s, uncle Lorenzo!
Lorenzo Infanta wants to use the time travel equipment for self-gain and Joe has to travel back in time to retrieve now destroyed works of art, before they get destroyed in order to sell them.
But Joe is made of sterner stuff to allow himself to be used in such a way for long.
When Joe changes the game to stop Mr. Infanta, the bullets start to fly.
Can he keep his love relationship with Samantha Infanta strong? Can he dodge Lorenzo Infanta’s clutches and escape with his life?
All will be revealed in this exciting new first novel.

• Front images; 1x clock face (either grandmother clock or abstract), 1x Henry VIII (drawing), 1x modern hand gun (can be with bullets).
  These should be linked from the clock to the hand gun by a ‘mystical timeline’ drawing, thereby alluding to the book’s time travel theme.
  Back images; continuation of the ‘mystical timeline’ through the spine of the book and leading to pictures from 'Nice to haves' list.
  The spine and back should include the same as above but in Times New Roman font (or similar) and space for a publisher logo.
  The back cover should allow space for a text box for an ‘About the Author’ spiel and space for a bar code and ISPN.
  Finished paperback size to be 5.35x7.75 inches

• back cover 1x ‘Portland Vase’ (blue),London, Naples and perhaps a ‘polizia car’ from the Italian police and/or an old drawing of Whitehall Palace from the late 1600’s or Pompeii before Vesuvius erupts.
