Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for our new husband & wife real estate team. We are located on the coast in southwest Florida. My husband is retired military and I am a veteran. We would like a logo that somehow combines what both of us want. I would prefer classy (something dark like Navy as the dominant color, with gold or gradient colors for emblem/logo) and my husband is more easygoing and fun (he wants a Hammerhead shark on the logo). Something we don't want is the usual house or house facade like on other agent's logos. So to sum it up:
- We want to stand out in an agent-saturated market
- Classy but easygoing
- Not too feminine or male looking
- Maybe a Hammerhead shark facade?
- Dogtags somewhere
- Facade of Florida with SWFL (Sarasota to Fort Myers) highlighted maybe?
