Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new company based in Denmark. Eventually we might go international. It is a an interim recruitment company, focused on senior management profiles.
We would either need a combination of a logo (graphic) and the name of the Company: ExPeo.
(It's an abbreviation of Experienced People)
or maybe an artistic logo where the word ExPeo is the logo itself.

It could also be with the payoff line:
ExPeo
- Experienced People

The design should show that it's professional, high class.
A bit conservative/exclusive, but not traditional, boring or oldfashioned.

Colours should be business. Could be black or blue, but ok to include other colours too.

Logo will be used on website, presentations etc. but also printed. Businesscards and maybe brochures,

Should be able to be used on a white background, but also a dark background.
A grayscale version also needed, so if some print in black/white, we have a logo that can work.
