Hi, can you clarify why you want a name that is already registered in the US? Surely a unique name is preferable over something that already has a trademark and is already in business. Your product will always be in competition with company with the same name. I'm just a bit confused at the logic. All the best, Gary

I agree. I believe the brand you came up with is already a US registered trademark. Therefore, we cannot use it.
