Brief de Design Illustration
We have a photo with our daughter / grandmother
We would like to have this graphically in order to then have it as a protected trademark (picture)
to be entered. At the moment we have a photo from Fotolia for it, but would like to change this. It should have the same statement with the thumbs up of grandmother, daughter, granddaughter. Our statement is "Grandmother always knew it". Traditional in a more beautiful and fun way and in a form that gets attention. It can be adapted from it, just look different and come across as very personable. We would then like all rights to the illustration / drawing for entry in the trademark register

- The photo that we gave as a basis should only represent an idea as we would like it to be. It shouldn't be a copy of the photo. It should not be the same people in the graphic form. There should only be 2 people without any texts or backgrounds. Since we then want to protect the image as a trademark, we cannot accept too close a similarity to the example photo. The people should appear likable and the thumbs up of the people are a must.
