Brief de Design de Logo

Me and my colleagues are starting another company and we need a logo created
The new company name: Career Focus Academy
Company tag line: engage ● aim ● soar
This will be a website where people can join online courses to learn to write resumes, LinkedIn profiles, cover letters, and conduct a job search all to help them find and land their next job.

We want to infuse s few colors from our other logos, if it makes sense, these are the five colors, if we can incorporate as many as possible if they work well together.

I attached 3 pictures for the logo idea, we want to incorporate an Owl as it connects learning, a wise decision, and the word Academy in our name. We like pic #1 as it shows the Owl symbol in flight, like searching for something. But we also might consider #2 or #3, or another Owl idea. We want the logo to also include the company name and tagline.
