Brief de Print Design

We need to cover storefront windows during construction. They measure 70inches high and 77 inches wide. Two adjacent windows so we need two similar designs where the rendering in the design changes but not the bottom tab that shows the builder logo and the management company logo. We need the text “For Rental Inquiries call Magnolia Lane Properties 717.284.2425 www.magnolialaneproperties.com. The number and magnolia lane text must be equal size for regulation purposes. The logos should be similar sizes.
