Brief de Design de Panneau

I need a logo and signage for the front of my multi family rental properties. The name of the business is Balsam Properties. The Balsam Fir is the official tree of New Brunswick, Canada where the properties are located. The logo and sign should add to the overall visual appeal of the buildings and project a clean and professional image.

• Elements of the sign should include the logo, Balsam Properties, the address of the property, and my property manager's logo, phone number and url (logo is attached, phone number is 506-216-3113, chfr.ca). CHFR info is suggested to be in the bottom right of the sign. Use 123 Corporate Lane for an address.

Bien d'avoir

• I think a vertical sign is better, but am open to ideas. The size of the signage will vary depending on the property. Some may be as small as 3x5 while others could be 10x15 (flexible on aspect ratio). I like Green and Blue for colours for this design, but I will keep an open mind. The property manager's logo is red and black, but you can greyscale it if need be. I like having some representation of a balsam fir in the design, hopefully not on either end of the traditional/modern spectrum....but would lean more modern.

• No houses. These properties are apartment buildings. Would prefer no image of a structure.
  
  I do not want to limit the design geographically to NB as I plan to expand past the region. Should be appropriate to a street front, nothing too loud or busy.
