Brief de Design de T-shirt

I need a design for a T-shirt for my new clothing brand 'Island Shinobi' . it is a street wear brand centered around Caribbean/ island culture.
Attached are a design brief and some reference images to assist in the creation of the final image.
The Design: an animated model wearing a colorful carnival costume with feathers , with a flower Head made of Hibiscus, Day Lilies and Leaves at the base (see reference photos). the animation skin-tone should be similar to the models skin-tone in the main photo provided. However you have creative liberty manipulate the skin-tone so it best fits the designs and colors.
Colors: The hibiscus (red), plant Leaf/Leaves (Green) , Day lily (any color you chose) , Feather and Costume colors can remain similar colors to the photos provided but can be manipulated as you see fit.
I will attach the company logos to provide an idea of the color themes most used.
