Brief de Design Graphique

I need the word 'umbilicus' in animated lettering, for my next music video. My song is dark-pop, very tribal beat, (think Tool/Perfect Circle with a female vocalist) and is about my experience of the death of my mother from brain cancer. It's a song that explores the severing of connection, and twisting/distortion of perceptions. I'm hoping for a fairly feminine style of cursive font over a black/darker background, with a pop/cartoon-style animation of tentacles/cords/veins that grow out and extend from the font. Ideally the video animation would be 122 or 61 seconds long, and phase between all three concepts around the initial word 'Umbilicus', which I would then loop either 2 or 4 times, as the song is 4mins and 4 seconds long. I am only interested in purchasing a design outright - I need to be able to publish this as part of my own video on Youtube, and in public performances with no licensing concerns for me or my label.
