Brief de Design de Logo

I need a brand logo design for a new business based in Missoula, Montana, USA. The logo will be the basis for a clothing and accessory/gear line. I prefer a simple design that incorporates a flyfishing fly in the place of the letter "u" as seen in the attached crude drawings. Something clean but bold. Incorporation of other aspects of flyfishing, such as a fly rod, where the line spells out the logo or other creative touches encouraged if it can be kept simple enough so that it could be stitched small, like in the lower corner of a baseball cap, and still be legible and clear. Something that could be embroidered in 3 or fewer colors of thread preferred.
