Brief de Design de Logo

We are a small engineering company in a small coastal town in Western Australia. We have four employees and we are all mates and we all enjoy our job and working together and providing civil, structural and geotechnical engineering solutions to our clients. We design commercial buildings, roads, mining equipment and houses. We have been operating since 2001 but have just recently been able to move into our own office and we would like to take the opportunity of the move to rebrand our company. We would like a design for our shop front sign and a logo for our car door.
We have been called Blacktop Consulting Engineers. We were part of a soils laboratory which did a lot of testing on roads and that was the name of the soils laboratory (Blacktop is Australian slang for road) but now we are going out on our own we are going to rename the engineering company.
We are thinking :
Flow Consulting Engineers (Because we enjoy finding flow when we work)
Or
Batavia Consulting Engineers (Our district is known as the Batavia coast after a famous shipwreck off our coast in 1629).
Or we are open to suggestions for a new name.
