This is my first time using Design Crowd so I'm not sure what you're asking. I have paid upfront to Design Crown and my understanding is if I choose a winning design then the designer will be paid.
I have already received quite a few great designs so I can't guarantee that if you submitted a design then yours would win.

thank you for the reply. guarantee the payment will attract more designers to the contest. because they can trust the project owner from that he will not refund the cash of this. however I will show you some nice designs. hope you willl like them. please tell me are you able to send feedback for them?
