Brief de Design de Logo

need a logo and also a small graphic charter for a school offering Spanish lessons both presencial and online. This one already has a logo (attached), if it can be advised to make a certain reminder to evoke the history of the school by changing it to the current logo, this is not obligatory either because he was not very handsome and very busy. The primary objective with this rebranding is to include a level of professionalism, to purify everything, to inject a friendly and warm spirit, and a subtle link with the Spanish-speaking culture. Thus to be able to reach a slightly more adult audience who like to travel and a tad intellectual of 30-40 years.

Then to apply in the communication, I would like to have a font and some graphic rules with the logo to maximize the impact of the communication and help us to dress the website.
