Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my new business and Car Racing category "Lemons Racing Australia". Lemons racing is about taking a cheap car Under $1000 and racing it all weekend in a fun family type weekend of racing. Teams generally dress up themselves and their cars to some wacky kind of theme. There is info on the web about a similar style of racing in the USA called "24 hours of lemons" i would encourage designers to check this out to understand the type of fun racing we will be doing, their brand is covered by IP so i have to ensure i dont get to close to there branding. The logo will be used on forms of social media and also will be used on medallions and trophies hand out to to event entrants.
