Brief de Design de Logo

We are a new company providing high-end aesthetic medicine including all facial rejuvenation (botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments etc) and will be expanding to London in a competitive market.
We need the logo to be simple but look like a luxury brand. A simple strong logo, probably utilising the initials of the company. Typical logos would be Fendi, Gucci or Chanel.
I did a trial recently on a generator website and like the overall monochromatic look but want to explore whether it would look good with both initials "I" and "A". I am open to the arrangement and fonts but want it to look clean and luxurious.
