Brief Overview:

I need a dynamic and well designed website that is easy to use and understand. It has to be unique and different to generic templates that most websites seem to be these days. PLEASE NO GENERIC TEMPLATES FROM THE INTERNET.

Our business has 10 years experience working on struggling international developments that we then work in-house for to turn around and brings bout success. We stay within a project often for long periods of time until success is achieved. We are unique in our approach and completely different to the standard routes to market for many developments. The site is for developers to see what we have done in regards to previous projects, as such we want to incorporate video into this site with a strong design aesthetic. There will be videos of the past projects we have worked on, which will act as case studies.

I like very simple but punchy websites, that people can navigate and understand very easily. Also a big fan of unique and well thought out design aesthetic.

This part has the projects we have worked on (France, Portugal, London, Morocco). Each one will have some video content and photo images, but also would be good to have a succinct way to mention what we did and the successes in a clever and punchy way.

- www.kanarys.com (clean, nice geometric design aesthetic, good animation when loading and changing pages well thought out all though also coulee be considered a bit dull and basic after the initial homepage slide)
