Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a company that finances litigation. In other words if an entity has a legal claim on another entity and is looking for a financier to cover the legal cost, this is the company to go to. They only get paid (a %) when the litigation is successful i.e. the claim is awarded by the court. Some key words (that the logo should communicate): trustworthiness, top-tier, global presence, expert(ise), partnership (with client). The four words in the logo all tell something about the service that the company offers. The first two words in the logo (Claim Capital) and the second two words (Litigation Partners) may be used in two lines to make the logo compact instead of stretched out. The logo should appeal to both CEO's and lawyers.
