Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a new logo for our innovative 'Smart Towns and Villages' concept. We've had a logo designed for Smartmatching, the AI powered recruitment portal that sits within the Smart Towns and Villages ('STAV') concept, and we now need a logo for the over-arching programme. Please see Smartmatching logo supplied, for reference; we would like the Smart Towns and Villages logo to be similar, in some way, to this.
There is a recruitment/employment crisis kicking off in the UK; we had a skills shortage anyway, pre Covid, and now we have a massive unemployment problem building. The days of travelling into an office every day, 9-5, Monday to Friday are over and we need to embrace a completely different way of 'smart' working. We need flexible hours, flexible contracts and flexible working locations. STAV addresses this, creating smart working solutions for employers all across the UK and finding 'smart candidates' for their open roles. Some of the core principles are:
- Regenerating tired/run down towns and villages, with co-working hubs and other flexible working locations;
- Embracing diversity and inclusion, getting people back to work who may not be able to travel long distances to an office;
- Championing excellent internet - broadband and 4G/5G - connections in all towns an villages;
- Creating 'heatmaps' of where talent is, giving employers the confidence they need to offer roles/opportunities in certain locations;
- The Smartmatching portal, using AI to match suitable candidates with open roles, made available by smart employers.
