Kindly Give me a Detail for label design

I attached some ideas and my logo on the description when i signed up.
I am looking for the design for some seasoning/ spice bottles that will be in production.
I am from Texas so would like to incorporate Texas into the design.
I dont know exactly what I want as far as the design but look at the design criteria that i included originally on the must haves. those things must be on there.
