Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a designer who can create a logo for a new brand of totally Organic shampoo, the idea is to offer natural hair care products based on extracts of natural products and enhanced by green biotechnology.
We are a new brand and we want to demonstrate nature, rounded freshness in all the elements that the earth gives us, an organic brand, the name is "Olena" and we want the logo to detonate all these elements with sophistication and elegance, green colors are desirable and purple, with touches of gold that show strength and power, we are open to seeing different color palettes.
We want to satisfy the market that requires a TOP product for hair care
Additional information, we are a company from Mexico, based in Guadalajara, Jalisco and this logo will be on our packaging and in advertising
finally under the Oleana brand I would like to see the legend "organic" in more subtle letters
