Brief de Design de Logo

I am starting a consulting business. The name of the business is Ascend Consulting, and the tag line is 'Elevate Your Business'. I believe business can be a force for good. Businesses run well generate profits and wealth. One way businesses can be a force for good is by sharing their profits, wealth and ownership of the company with the employees.
Ascend Consulting will 1) help business owners see the benefit of employee ownership & assist them in making this transition, and 2) assist companies newly under employee ownership to fully capitalize on the opportunity of ownership. Ascend Consulting uses conscious business philosophy (derived from Conscious Capitalism) and practices to set companies – and employees – up for long term success.
“Ascend” & “elevate” both convey aspirations of learning, growing, improving which should be reflected in the logo. The consulting will enable clients to better the world by trusting and caring for their employees.
