Brief de Design de Logo

We're a dramatic society in Tamworth, Australia, and we are looking for a fresh new logo! Our current logo (attached) has held strong for a number of years, but it's time for a new look.
We'd like the logo to include two masks that don't look dated and will hopefully stay new and fresh for awhile. We'd also like the text to say 'TDS'.
We would like a design that works in both black, white and colour, and the background should be transparent so it looks nice on shirts, billboards, etc.
