Brief de Design de Logo

Need a logo for new retained executive search firm that specializes in recruitment in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. We would like a logo that would subtly allude to the biotech/pharma feel but we are open to options. Also possible would be something that visually ties to the idea of our ability to search for and engage top leadership talent that will hugely impact an organization. Open on colors but nothing too boring and muted - energetic but professional.
