Brief de Design de Logo

Im working on an App for iOS that can display upcoming Computergame release dates in a simple countdown.
The user can simply add a game release he / she is waiting for and the app will display an Countdown until the game is released.
The App name will be GameDébut or GameWatcher, depending on the final app icon.

I thing it would be fitting if the App Icon is containing an a Controller (to make it clear that the app is about Games). Maybe something like a Controller in the shape of some glasses (GameWatcher)

But im open for some creative Ideas. :)
Anything that can resemble an Game Release Countdown App would be fitting.

I have two Colors in mind, please use one of them:

The Orange Color im looking for is:
R 255
G 149
B 0

The Red / pinkish Color im looking for is:
R 255
G 45
B 85

If you use one of the Colors as a Background, please make it a slight gradient.

Looking for some modern / flat design that is not to overloaded because it needs to fit and look great in an small Rectangle. (App Icon)
