Overview/Background of the Business & Services
Align Infrastructure upgrades and manages infrastructure for essential services.
For example, we’ll purchase and manage new chillers, boilers, escalators, elevators, pumps... for customers and we charge for these services based on usage. Infrastructure as a service allows customers to upgrade these vital assets without having to purchase them. It’s a collaborative and cooperative form of outsourcing or public private partnership (P2).

We save customers money by reducing their consumption of electricity and water. Align also makes their facilities safer and more sustainable. Finally, we reduce greenhouse gases and water consumption. So, in addition to saving money we’re very much a ESG/Impact driven business (though our customer currently thinks more about the money.

I tend to favor blues, greens and black.

I prefer clean, crisp, sharp. We "sell" to governors, mayors, heads of universities and school systems so the card must look non-promotional and anything but sleezy.

Doit avoir

• It would be nice to have something, perhaps on the back side of a card, that shows a customers infrastructure assets being managed via the cloud. If you look at various depictions of smart cities you'll see what I mean.

• I would like to see elevators, escalators, chillers, boilers...inside of city or campus being managed via the cloud.

• We are selling at the highest levels of goverment...So, we can't appear promotional. This is a sophisticated and interactive sales pitch. The customer must see us as a very competitent long term collobarative and cooperative partner in helping them efficiently manage their infrastructure.
