Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a remote (Agile - 'new ways of working') consulting company. Our site will use an assessment tool (utilizing 4 factors/quadrants) in order for the client companies to determine where their organization is today, how Agile it is, and where they need to focus in order to be more Agile. The name HadleyQ is based on British Mathematician from 1700s named John Hadley. He created a Celestial Navigation tool called Quadrant around 1730 that ships used to navigate in the sea. The name draws a parallelism between Hadley's tool and ours, both of which use 4 factors/quadrants to determine where the users are today in order to help them 'navigate' where they are going tomorrow. We don't have any preference around the colors. The design should feel it belongs to a modern consulting company.
