Brief de Design de T-shirt

Looking for a shirt design that will appeal to people participating in a virtual race series for nonprofit organizations and charities around the USA and Canada. We'd like the tagline "Believe There is Good in the World" with the letters BE THE GOOD highlighted in the design.

We are looking for a professional designer to take the attached concept and make it into a great t-shirt design. It does not have to look like a badge the way this mockup does, but we do want some sort of organized design that will look good on the back of a tshirt.

While the text is the centerpiece of the design we’re looking for, we want designers to add unique elements to this that will make the design stand out. It needs to be as gender-neutral as possible, and we’d like the design to have a “vintage” look (see sample 2 attached). We’ll be using DTG printing so the number of colors used in the designis not an issue.

While this shirt will be provided as a "giveaway" to people that sign up to run or walk a virtual race, we want this to appeal to everyone, not just the running community. The design should focus on doing "good in the World" and include elements such as a globe, the sun rising, symbols of giving, etc
