Brief de Design de Page d'Accueil

I need a new about page design required for a WORDPRESS agency site - Matte Look effect, use of illustration and high-res 4k images. I am in the process of launching a new start-up focussed digital agency. Must be easy for the developer to integrate into Wordpress CMS.

I can show you what the existing site looks like (please find attached).
Please also take a look at two draft rough examples (I've created, not happy with either of these but should give you an idea of what I'm trying to achieve).

The about page design needs to tell the story of the textual content which I will also supply (please find attached), the page design needs to compliment the service page while giving a completely different experience to the service pages (I want the user experience to be different on this page).
