Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new business, based in Melbourne but servicing global markets. Our business is called GroUp - as in growing up. We help businesses, CEOs, Directors and senior marketers grow their business. Our services include marketing and brand consultancy, lead and demand generation, account-based marketing frameworks and advertising. Our main target audience is startups and scale-ups - mainly in tech and fashion. We would like to see designs that are simple yet bold and impactful. We want to appeal to entrepreneurs and young CEOs and marketing teams that are casual and work in fast-paced environments.
We want the logo to communicate fast growth.

We would like to experiment with an alphabet logo - So letter G. See examples of letter logos here: https://www.logaster.com/blog/letter-styles-in-alphabet-logo/

See logo mockup we created. If we can make this bold, impactful, simple and memorable then that would be amazing.
Attached are some proposed colours - brand colours have not been finalised.
