this project will bring the video room experience (zoom like) to any web site through a click of an embedded button where he user will be directed to a copmpany expert who can assist them with their issue resolution through a video call whether billing, sales, support, etc.

most companies provide email, chat and telephone support channels. we're adding the video channel to that equation. a customer is able to click a button on the company's web site, selects the department or skill that they need to contact and are routed to the right agent or expert to get face to face customer service which is more personalized and leads to higher rates of first call resolution.

the customer doesn't need to check their email or install an app. all they need to do is click on the video call button that is embedded on the company's web site itself.
