Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo design for our new company based in the UK called Raised Consulting. We offer consultancy services for healthcare and elderly care providers to assist them with improving their care standards and also advise on introducing wellbeing initiatives into their practices. The design should be contemporary and clean, and ideally incorporate a caring hand, or pair of hands, a medical plus symbol as well as an arrow or tachometer type concept to represent improvement. I've attached a few vague ideas, the winning design will incorporate the themes detailed above with simplicity yet professional, corporate looking design please.

• As an update, my preference would be to not have a heart shape incorporated within the logo. It would be interesting to see if something like a lotus flower or similar could be within the logo design but not overly prominent if possible?
