Brief de Design de Logo

I'm seeking both a word mark and a logo graphic for my company Blue Maple Partners. The company is a real estate investment firm. We are courting property owners to offer us deals to purchase their properties and take over management. I'm open to ideas for the graphic. To save designers time, I do not want the graphic to look like the maple leaf on the Canadian flag, but I'm open to ideas incorporating a different image of a maple leaf if anyone wants to try it.

UPDATE: I'm receiving a lot of Maple Leaf Graphics. I haven't seen one that I like. I would prefer to see a tree or something else. I just don't like the maple leaf as it looks too much like the Canadian flag.
