Brief de Design de Logo

Liderat Group is a consulting firm that helps transform organizations with more than 6 years in Chile and South America. We had a logo that it´s ok, but we believe that we need a new image and refresh fo our brand. That would be something great. We are thinking about a new beginning and a change plus we want to ad a new area or service: Liderat Institute.
In this moment, our main customer/client are small, medium and big companies that need or want consulting services in areas such as Innovation, organizational transformations, leadership, coaching and execution. Also we are planning with the new area to have professionals that would like or want to develop new skills in some areas with online courses mainly.
We want a new logo. The logo has been thought to have mountains because leadership is in our DNA but we also want to share knowledge, professionalism strategy and someone you can trust. Mountains is not a must

• The logo Must Have the Name of the company on it. It need to show professionalism, innovation, leadership, strategy, up to date, transformation and exponential organizations

Bien d'avoir

• If you look at the actual logo, it has some "mountains" or high Peaks on it that has to see with leadership but we could explore new designs but its not mandatory
