Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my Real Estate business named, Your Home Spokane.
We specialize in residential sales for home buyers (not investors or commercial etc...). The idea behind "Your Home" is that a house becomes a home once someone moves into it.
My intention is to eventually expand beyond Spokane so the "Your Home" portion must be able to stay the same while to city/geographic location can change within the Logo.
This Logo will need to be simple as it will be on signs that people drive by, apps, and business cards.
The logo does not need to have the words fully integrated into it.
