Brief de Design de Logo

We need this Logo cleaned up. We need the logo in four colors; Grey, White, Black and Maroon. We would like it in; pdf, jpeg and vector format. We like to see a more fitness vibe to the Logo, but keeping text: The DAC and Danville Athletic Club. Last is we would like a floating text, to where when we put it on material it is just the text/image that shows. No background color with it. I hope that makes sense.
