Brief de Design de Logo

The services requested are for a company logo only. Three are 3 design ideas that I’ve uploaded as a possible reference. Please don’t let these keep you from using your imagination. The company is a luxury real estate brokerage. We are looking for a logo that is expensive looking. It can be abstract or elegant. The appearance needs to convey an upmarket company. I'm interested in a very professional, distinctive world-class look. I want the logo to become the brand of the company - like golden arches, the swoosh, etc. The real estate company sells residential properties (luxury homes and condos) as well as commercial (office buildings, etc.) real estate. I’m looking to use the first letter of the two main words of the company name – Biltmore Group…the B and G. The lettering should be white or possibly a lighter shade of gold. If it is white, it will need to be able to convert it to a deep blue for white backgrounds. If it’s a gold shade, it will need to be able to be used on white or dark backgrounds.
