Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a luxury apartment community in the heart of Central Valley CA called 'The Atherton.' It is a modern garden style community that offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom spacious, high end apartments. The community will have an expansive state of the art clubhouse, game room, 2 large infinity swimming pools and spas, fire pits, BBQs, dog park, ect. The logo should display simple luxury and tie in with the architecture of the buildings; sloped roof lines, corrugated steel, stucco, iron, and large windows. We have included some renderings and a photo board from the interior designer in the attachments. Our sister complex down the street has a similar architectural design, www.tesoromanteca.com
