Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new Mexican taco food stall called "Borrachos". We will be specializing in tacos, both traditional and ones with a fun/modern twist. We would like the tacos to be playful in nature, have fun with it, a logo that has a distinct picture as well as one with the name in it too, the picture should be distinct enough to stand alone without text. We are not too fussed about colour usage, as long as it transfers well within varying sizes. Possibly good for merchandise too. Borrachos means drunk, or individuals that are often drunk.
