Brief de Design de Logo

Logo for an electrical company named 'Eclipse electrical and data'.
The company will provide electrical install and maintenance services for people wanting upgrades or new electrical goods installed in their homes, Such as Lighting, Power, Data and communications.
We are looking for a logo that is strong, clean and has impact and would stand out should it be put on the side of a vehicle. The logo must show clearly the name of the business so it can be read at a glance.
Possibly utilizing an eclipse if that could somehow be incorporated into the design.
