The firm does three things - help companies figure out their strategy (consulting), raise capital to help them grow (transactions), and provide backoffice servicing and support for their operations. Our typical client is a smaller company (up to $100 million in revenue) who wants more personal attention and custom support versus a larger consulting firm or investment bank.

We need to convey credibility, expertise, and the ability to get the job done. We are responsive to clients and want to establish long-term relationships.
