Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for online program course for dentists. Dentists will be taught an area of dentistry called periodontics that is of the utmost importance to become proficient at before they decide to embark into more complicated and extensive cases. It's an aspect of dentistry that has to be mastered, hence the name of the program Perio Mastery.
The course will be taught by a notable specialist dentist (highly trained and renowned in the industry).
The logo has to represent prestige, skills, and mastery.
The instrument in the file below is the staple instrument in periodontics. The second image shows how it's used. A representation of this instrument in some form in the logo would be interesting.
