Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new company based near Munich, Germany called 'Authento'.
Offer: IT-(Strategy-)Consulting, IT-Expertise, external IT Resources, independent provider management, IT requirements engineering, IT project backstopping.
Most of the time we deal with software and the business as such, we have little or nothing to do with hardware and pure technical stuff.
We want to lead our customers to a sustainable, satisfying and value-adding IT (Strategy)
The logo should allow a simplified version in black-white or grey colours only.
We like blue and black, white, grey colours but are also open to new suggestions. The uploaded files are pictures we used for our presentation so far (Potential orientation but they can also be ignored).
Values: Solidity, Security, Trust, Authenticity, Competence, Orientation, Simplicity, Future, Fun
If you use symbols, please use only symbols directly connected to business

Exigences

Doit avoir

• The general design of the logo must be exclusive, no other company might already use a slightly changed version of it!
  A logo; the logo text only is not sufficient although we want to be able to print either the logo or name only and both elements need to have recognisable elements.
  It needs be easily readable.
  If the logo is located within the letters of the name it can also be nice but we need to be able to omit it.
  It needs to be easily recognised if small or from distance.
  Please provide the logo in grey scales or black white if you use color (in the same post)

Bien d'avoir

• If the design reflects business and the professional world but doesn't directly show the IT/ TECH-World or at least not prominently.
  If it is somehow shown it is the base for business to grow.
  We connect or build the bridge between business and IT.

Ne doit pas comporter

• Please post one proposal (also different color schemes of a logo) in one or very few posts.
  No globe-similar shapes please.
  No reference to authentication, we are a consultancy we do not develop software.
  Narrow fonts
  upper case A and lower case ut --> too close to German word 'Auto' = car (we are fans of all lower case)
